• Identify breadth of stakeholders
July 2018: Layout of Plan and Initial Steering Committee Input • Introduction of Mission Model Canvas
• Review of principles of Collective Impact
• Goals and ground rules for the planning process established
• Review of Value Proposition of FGLN
• Identification of members (and role of) Strategic Planning Sub-Committee
August 2018: First Work of the Strategic Planning Sub-Committee • Role and process of the Sub-Committee established
