 The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
Academic Affairs will increase professional development sessions that address cultural awareness, civility, tolerance, and conflict management.
Workforce and Economic Development will co-sponsor a CTL session focused on sensitivity and awareness training for previously incarcerated individuals.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
The number of sessions offered will increase by 15%.
One session will be conducted annually.
