After the Albanian Golgotha, one of the greatest exoduses in Serbian history, King Petar I the Liberator stands upright, digni- fied, and honorable, while the snow- capped mountains of Albania and Montene- gro, from the winter of 1915/16, can be seen behind him, during the First World War.
