WORKING AT HEIGHT COURSE SELECTION
The Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) are the main piece of UK legislation around the topic when considering height safety. They state that work that takes place “at or below ground level where somebody could be injured as a result of a fall” is covered by the regulations just as much as work at height above ground.
You may already know exactly what training you require from your own risk assessments OR you may have had the need for training flagged up through a growing awareness of the WAHR. Then deciding what course is required and the sequence of training is something we can really help with in suggesting a logical sequence that develops competence in a “building block” approach.
Our “matchstick man” shows course options with the mandatory 1046 course which must be attended prior to being able to access the remaining 4 additional course options. For those delegates who do not necessarily need practical training, to left and right of our matchstick man we have two stand alone courses which delve into the management of WAH and seperately the use and inspection of ladders.
