LOCKOUT/TAGOUT – WHAT IS IT?
Lockout/Tagout is a planned safety procedure which involves turning off the energy supply of equipment and machinery whilst maintenance and repairs are being carried out. This procedure protects workers from danger and the machinery being set in motion. Once all of the work and repairs to the machinery have been checked and completed then all of the lockout equipment and locks can be removed ready
for the machinery to commence safe operation again.
There are many potential risks and hazards within the workplace but none greater than the

Simply fits over the MCB toggle, using a small flat screwdriver, tighten the grub screw to secure the
RCE25 onto the toggle.
