FIRST AID BS 8599-1:2019 Legislation Update
The new legislation BS 8599-1:2019 was introduced and launched on 10th January 2019. The previous standard will be phased out over a 6 to 12 month period.
The British Standard Institute (BSi) have undertaken a review of the BS 8599-1 Workplace First Aid Kits (2011) and BS 8599-2 Vehicle First Aid Kits (2014) in order to make improvements. With the help of British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) a few changes have been made to Workplace First Aid Kits and Vehicle
First Aid Kits.
