The Digital Juristic Person Registration System
(DBD Biz Regist) represents a significant stride for
the Thai government in fully transforming public
services for the digital era. Its primary goal is to make
a process of starting a business more convenient,
transparent, and expedited for entrepreneurs.
Furthermore, it addresses historical challenges of the
previous system, which involved extensive paperwork,
necessitated in-person submissions, lengthy waiting
times, and frequent re-submissions due to incomplete
information, resulting in unnecessary time and
financial burdens.
The Department of Business Development
(DBD) officially launched the DBD Biz Regist system
on January 16, 2025. It is designed to facilitate all
critical steps online, from application completion
and data verification to electronic signature and
the issuance of electronic certified documents.
Crucially, the DBD Biz Regist system adheres to
international standards for data security, meticulously
safeguarding both users and juristic persons.

ทีเคยพบในระบบเดิม ซึ่่งติ้องใช้้เอกสารจำนวนมาก
เดินทางไปยืนด้วยตนเอง รอคิวนาน และติ้องก้ลับมา
แก้้ไขซึ่ำเมือข้อม่ลไมครบถ้้วน ทำให้เสียทังเวลาและ
คาใช้้จายโดยไมจำเป็น
At the heart of the DBD Biz Regist system
lies the functionality of electronic form (e-Form),
which is capable of rigorously checking for
completeness and accuracy of information before
submission to the registrar for review. This significantly
reduces the likelihood of errors and repeated
submissions. After submitting an application,
users can track its real-time status at every stage.
Fee payments can be conveniently made through
online channels such as Mobile Banking or QR
Payment. Upon approval of the application,
the registration certificate and copies of supporting
documents are immediately available for download.
