ในปี พิ.ศ. 2567 มีค์นต่่างด้้าวได้้รับห้นังสืือรับรอง การประกอบธุรุ กจิ ต่ามมาต่รา 12 จาํา นวน 630 ราย ซงึ เปน็ กรณี ได้ร้บัการสืง่เสืรมิการลงทนุต่ามกฎห้มายวา่ด้ว้ยการสืง่เสืรมิการ ลงทุน จําานวน 548 ราย ถัด้มาเป็นกรณีได้้รับอนุญาต่ต่าม กฎห้มายวา่ ด้ว้ ยการนค์ิ มอตุ่ สืาห้กรรมแห้ง่ ประเทศไทย จาํา นวน 82 ราย
ทังนี ต่ังแต่่ปี 2543-2567 มีค์นต่่างด้้าวได้้รับ ห้นังสืือรับรองการประกอบธุุรกิจ ต่ามมาต่รา 12 จําานวนรวม 6,577 ราย
In 2024, a total of 630 foreigners received foreign business certificates under section 12. Out of this number, 548foreignersreceivedcertificatespursuanttoprivilege provisions under the law on Investment Promotion and 82 foreigners were granted by means of the law on the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
Year 2000-2024, 6,577 entities received foreign business certificates under section 12.
