In 2024, the Company’s total assets equaled 2,050.89 million Baht (2023: 1,979.28 million Baht, increased by 71.62 million Baht or 3.62%. The significant changes from the year 2023 are as follows:

- Othercurrentfinancialassetsequaled300.09increasedby40.00millionBahtor14.63%oftotal assets.
- Right-of-use assets under lease agreement was 984.96 million Baht increased by 189.56 million Baht or 48.03% of total assets.
- Netimprovementofproperty,building,andequipmentequaled371.99millionBahtincreasedby 52.43 million Baht or 18.14% of total assets, which were the results of renovation of branches areas and warehouses.
Total Liabilities
In 2024, the total of liabilities was 1,486.12 million Baht (2023: 1,388.01 million Baht) increased by 98.11 million Baht or 72.46% of total assets. The significant changes from the year 2023 are as follows: - Accounts payable and other payables were 341.34 million Baht decreased by 84.98 million Baht
or 16.64% of total assets. Most of these were vehicle payables that needed to be repaid to owners which were due within 4 - 7 days from the auction date.
- Financial lease agreement liabilities was 1,006.83 million Baht increased by 179.72 million Baht or 49.09% of total assets, caused by the additional land lease agreement.
- Othernon-currentliabilitieswas81.07millionBahtincreasedby5.06millionBahtor3.95%of total assets. Most of them are auction deposits.
