1) Develop an efficient regulatory weights and measures system to ensure fairness and nationwide coverage
2) Encourage public participation and develop networks for regulatory oversight of weights and measures
3) Expand the scope of weights and measures services to align with emerging needs and circumstances
4) Develop professional standards and increase competitiveness among practitioners and entrepreneurs in the weights and measures sector

3) Revise laws, rules and regulations to reflect evolving economic, social, and technological environments, with a focus on leveraging technology to eliminate redundant steps, streamline services, and promote fairness in commerce.
