3) Disseminated required public information via the official website (www.dit. go.th) under the section titled “Official Information Center – Department of Internal Trade”, with regular updates. A total of 17,613 users accessed the information through this channel.
4) Appointed an Information Disclosure Consideration Committee, as per Department of Internal Trade Order No. 300/2563 dated May 19, 2020. The committee comprises the Deputy Director-General as Chairperson, the Trade Law Officer, Expert Level, the Director of the Office of Secretary, and all Divisions’ Directors as members, the Director of the Legal Division as member and secretary, and the Director of the Measures and Legal Group under the Legal Division as member and assistant secretary. The committee’s duties include establishing systems for information disclosure and defining criteria and procedures for the public to inspect official information, request certified copies of official documents, and so on.
5) Promoted public awareness of the rights to access information. The DIT engaged in various outreach activities to inform the public about compliance with the law on official information through multiple channels, such as the department’s website, bulletin boards, posters, newsletters, pamphlets, and radio broadcasts.
6) Established communication channels to receive public feed on information disclosure. These channels include the 1569 hotline, suggestion boxes, and bulletin boards. A total of 3,180 individuals submitted feedback through the 1569 hotline.
