แต่อย่างไรก็ดี เพ้อทีจะเป็นการเพิมโอกาสและ สร้างขีดค้วามสามารถีในการแข่งข่นทางการค้้าให้้ก่บ ร้านธงฟ้า รวมท่งลดภาระค้่าใชี้จ่ายให้้ก่บประชีาน รวมถีึงผู้ประกอบการรายกลาง/รายเล็ก (SMEs) ตาม นโยบายของร่ฐบาลทีให้้ค้วามสําค้่ญก่บการ “ลด รายจ่าย เพิมรายได้ ขยายโอกาส” เน้นรดนําทีราก ดูแลค้นต่วเล็ก กระทรวงพาณ์ิชีย์ โดยกรมการค้้า ภายใน จึงได้มีการลงนามบ่นทึกค้วามร่วมม้อ (MOU) โค้รงการ “ไปริษณีย์ไที่ย@ธงฟ้้า” ร่วมก่บบริษ่ท ไปรษณ์ยี ไ์ ทย จํากด่ กระทรวงดจิ ทิ ล่ เพอ้ เศรษฐกจิ และ ส่งค้ม เม้อว่นที 7 มีนาค้ม 2567 ณ์ ห้้องบุรฉ่ตรไชียกร กระทรวงพาณ์ิชีย์ โดยมีนายภูมิธรรม เวชียชี่ย รอง นายกร่ฐมนตรี และร่ฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณ์ิชีย์ พร้อมด้วยนายประเสริฐ จ่นทรรวงทอง ร่ฐมนตรี ว่าการกระทรวงดิจิท่ลเพ้อเศรษฐกิจและส่งค้ม เป็น ส่กขีพยาน สน่บสนุนให้้ร้านธงฟ้าทีมีอยู่ท่วประเทศ เป็นจุดให้้บริการงานไปรษณ์ีย์ในล่กษณ์ะจุดบริการ ร่บฝากส่งพ่สดุ (Drop Off) เพ้อยกระด่บร้านธงฟ้า ให้้มีงานบริการทีห้ลากห้ลาย มีชี่องทางในการสร้าง โอกาสและเพิมรายได้ รวมท่งขยายเค้ร้อข่ายบริการ ไปรษณ์ีย์ไทยให้้มีค้วามค้รอบค้ลุม กระจายลงไปถีึง ในระด่บชีุมชีนไม่ว่าจะเป็นในเขตเม้อง ชีานเม้อง พ้นทีห้่างไกล ฯลฯ เพ้อเพิมโอกาสในการร่บบริการ และเสริมประสิทธิภาพการร่บฝากสิงของ-พ่สดุทาง ไปรษณ์ีย์ รวมท่งชี่วยอํานวยค้วามสะดวกให้้ก่บพ่อค้้า แม่ค้้าออนไลน์ ผู้ประกอบการท้องถีิน เกษตรกร

Thong Fah (Blue Flag) stores, as well as to alleviate financial burdens for the public-including small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)-in line with the government’s “Reduce Expenses, Increase Income, Expand Opportunity” policy which focuses on nurturing economic growth at the grassroots level and providing support for small-scale
operators, the Ministry of Commerce, by the DIT, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the “Thailand Post @ Thong Fah” initiative with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, on March 7, 2024 at Burachat Chaiyakorn Room, Ministry of Commerce. The MOU signing was witnessed by Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, along with Mr. Prasert Jantararuangthong, Minister of Digital Economy and Society. This MOU enables Thong Fah (Blue Flag) stores nationwide to act as postal service points, specifically Drop-Off locations for parcels. The initiative aims to elevate the role of Thong Fah (Blue Flag) stores by expanding the scope of services they offer, creating new opportunities and income streams for their business. Simultaneously, it broadens the postal network coverage of Thailand Post into urban, suburban, and remote communities, increasing access to postal services and improving parcel handling efficiency. The program also facilitates online vendors, local business operators, farmers, and the general public to conduct business more conveniently by reducing transportation costs and providing more options of parcel delivery.
