● Conflict of Interest
The Board of Directors shall consider the report done between any persons who have conflicts
of interest carefully and reasonably. The Board of Directors has set up the policy on the conflicts of interest
transactions based on the principle that any decisions on business transactions must be made at the same
standard as a person of ordinary prudence, shall do with general partner, with no influence on trading
negotiation from the executive director status or any related persons. All transactions shall be conducted
with respects to the highest interests of the Company only. Any actions that may lead to conflicts of interest
must be avoided. Directors and executives who are relevant to or connected with the case to be considered
is obliged to acknowledge the Company on his/her relationship to or connection with such matter. Directors
and executives who are relevant have not permitted to join the party which judges the case and does not
have the approval authority in such particular transactions.
