3. Appoint the Occupational Safety Committee to drive and operate safety works within the
workplace and hold a meeting once a month to improve and suggest solution to solve problem encountered
in the work area in all work processes as well as to improve the working environmental conditions.
4. Arrange the training courses to provide knowledge to the new employees before start working
and the refreshing courses to the existing employees, as well as arrange the specific training courses that
the employees need to know, such as, first aid & CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) course, indoor
electrician course, basic fire-fighting, and fire evacuation drill course, organize the safety training for the
outsource employees, etc. to make them have knowledge and understanding about the work to ensure
safety during operation.
5. Conduct workplace drug testing, both at head office and branch offices includes security
guards.
6. Set up fire extinguishing tank system to make it cover work area and stock area; improve
and purchase new fire extinguishing tanks to replace the deteriorated ones. Schedule a fire extinguisher
inspection cycle every month pursuant to the laws at the head office, branches, and warehouses nationwide
to ensure that they are ready for use in case of emergency.
7. Provide medical supplies and first aid equipment as prescribed by the laws adequately and
appropriately with the number of employees in the workplace, including a first aid room and a registered
nurse to support and provide appropriate care and health assistance to the employees.
8. Provide annual health check-ups for employees, both at the head office and branches, to
monitor, prevent and reduce the risk of work-related diseases.
9. Investigate, report accidents, and collect accident statistics, occupational disease to find
guidelines to prevent, solve as well as cultivate positive attitude about safety works for all employees in
the workplace.
10. Visit branches and warehouses to evaluate and inspect safety of the environmental conditions
(light, noise, heat and chemicals) and listen to safety problems and recommendations from the employees.
Information obtained will be analyzed to improve and correct the criteria to make them more effective.
11. Conduct annual electrical system certification and monthly elevator systems inspection by
expert engineers to ensure that the systems will be safe and ready to operate according to the specified
standards.
12. Prepare occupational safety documents and reports completely, accurately and in accordance
with the law, to be submitted to the Office of Labor Protection and Welfare, Bangkok Metropolis Area 4
within the specified period.
13. Monitor, review and update the occupational safety, health, and environment laws, rules and
regulations on continued basis to improve operations of the workplace to be strictly in line with the specified
laws.
14. Prepare and update the Company’s safety manual, including safety manual for contractors
to ensure that their contents and information are complete, accurate and in line with the relevant laws,
rules, and regulations on occupational safety, health, and environment to be strictly used as the operating
guidelines.
