Leasehold improvement is the leased land improvement that used as the location of the office building
and the company's car storage facility in Bangkok and other provinces.
As of 31 December 2025, the Company’s intangible assets are computer program. It comprises the
various software licenses the company uses in its business, including software licenses for online auctions
and installation work. Book value 50.27 million Baht.
