Management Responsibility for the Financial
Statements
The Board of Directors of Union Auction Public Company Limited is responsible for the Company’s
financial statements and the financial information as appeared in 2025 Annual Registration Statement or
Form 56-1 One Report. The financial statements were prepared according to the generally accepted
accounting standard in Thailand. The appropriate accounting policy was selected and practiced regularly.
The significant information disclosure in the notes of financial statements was sufficient, transparent and
beneficial for shareholders and general investors.
The Board of Directors appointed the Audit Committee which comprises of highly qualified independent
directors to audit the quality of financial statements and assess the internal control system. The directors’
opinion is in the Audit Committee’s report which is included in this annual registration statement report.
The Board of Directors has opinion that the Company’s internal control system can create the
confidence that the Company’s financial statements correctly reflect the significant financial status and
performance.
