Message from the Chairman
The overall economic conditions in 2025 still
expanded gradually, although they were affected
by many factors, such as trade war policies,
earthquake, North-eastern border war, political
changes, including the floods in the South at the
end of the year. The driven forces were tourism
sectors, government investments, domestic
consumption, reduction of oil prices, and increased
production of EV group at the latter part of the year.
However, in 2026, it is expected that the Thai
economy will still move forward in a sustained
manner while preparing readiness to encounter
various challenges, such as domestic economy,
foreign impacts, political uncertainties as well as
climate variability.
Last year, the Company’s revenue and profit
decreased from the year before as a result of various
factors, including a slower-than-anticipated
economic recovery, the increased household debts,
the decreased confiscated vehicles due to debtors
assistance measures, as well as the strictness on
loan approval of the financial institutions. Nonetheless,
the Company still kept on developing quality and
services on continued basis by opening 2 more
warehouses in Nonthaburi and Samut Prakarn
provinces, as well as upgrading the auction yards
of other provincial branches to be on par with the
head office, starting from Rangsit branch, which
has the largest areas, by building AUCT Place using
the head office as a model. In addition, the Company
accelerated the development of employees’
knowledge to catch up with the fast-changing pace
of automotive technology. The Company also looked
for other businesses other than the auction business
by launching the private vehicle inspection center
at Rangsit branch and at head office as the pilot
project on provision of after-sales services. The
Company plans to expand such service to all
branches nationwide to reinforce the position of
being No. 1 in auctions.
