8) The Performance Management Manual is an important tool for the human resource
management process to help the superiors systematically appraise competency and potential of employees
to lead to the development of operational capabilities, appointment of suitable persons to hold higher
positions and promotion of appropriate advancement in career path.
3. Competitor
The Company treated business competitors in accordance with the law, international competition
principles and adhered to fair competition regulations as described below:
1) The Company carries out business under competitive regulations with integrity and fairness.
2) The Company does not seek confidential information of its business competitor in a
dishonest or inappropriate manner.
3) The Company does not destroy the reputation of competitors through accusations, slander
or attacks without any truth.
In 2025, the Company operated businesses without any dispute with the competitor.
4. Business Partners
The Company has policies and procedures regarding procurement by carrying out its business
fairly and faithfully, protecting the interests of business partners, strictly complying with joint agreements
and regulations, and adhering to business ethics. The Company selected potential trade partners for
sustainable business operations as well as procured quality products pursuant to the standards and could
deliver products and services on time. There were no violations of the labor or human rights laws. The
general guidelines are stated below:
1) The Company does not take or offer any inappropriate remuneration to its business
partners.
2) The Company strictly complies to conditions that it has with business partners. In the
case that the Company is unable to comply with the conditions, the Company will rush to inform business
partner in advance in order to find a resolution together by using reasonable principles.
3) The Company strictly and regularly keeps the information of its business partners and
does not use business partner’s information for the benefit of the Company or any other relevant parties.
With regards to the procurement, since 2024, the Company has used the Blanket Purchase
Order method or entering into a purchase and sales contract by specifying type of product, quantity, price
and duration of the contract without specifying the exact order date. This method benefits both the
suppliers and the Company in calculating the pre-purchase order quantity, saving cost and reducing the
storage amount in the Company’s areas and it can lift up level of quality of products and services in the
procurement works.
