Microscopic observation of the urine at different intervals
At 20 minutes, corpuscles resembling “little flocks of wool”
Followed by “minute shining concreted little crumbs” At 24 hours, “grains of the figure of rhombi, affixing themselves to each other by the sides”
CONCLUSIONS:
