We have some exciting plans and
additional support to finish out the year in
a great way. This is an amazing group of
experienced, talented women, so please
take a few minutes to share your
insights and ideas our

We are also now accepting nominations
for our Women in Safety and Health
award so please nominate a woman you
know, that has made a significant safety
impact (more information on page 3).

COVID-19 Update

As always, our top priority is serving our Utah Safety Council members
and advancing our mission of keeping Utah safe. Navigating the COVID-19
pandemic has been challenging, to say the least.
At the Utah Safety Council, we continue to adhere to the health guidelines
as prescribed from the Utah Department of Health, the Utah Coronavirus
Task Force and our Governor. We are committed to keeping people safe and
remaining operational at the same time. We have shifted our operations
and can now deliver mo our entire training catalog virtually and
offer custom sized classes, with physical distancing, for any organization.
With the Utah Safety Council’s partnership with the National Safety Council,
we can also consult with you regarding your workspaces and how to keep your
employees safe and help slow the spread of COVID-19. The Utah Safety Council
was recently featured on The Rebound Utah, where we had the opportunity
to share some guidance on operating a business in a pandemic environment.
I invite you to reach out to us with any questions you may have about our
training calendar or how to safely bring your employees back to work.
Thank you for your support! We look forward to the day when we can all get
together again, but in the interim, we’ll continue to work together in innovative
ways to keep Utah safe and productive.
