Q: How many treatments are in the No.0 bottle?
A: 4-6 uses – this is approximately the same as No.3 Hair Perfector .
Q: How does No.0 compare to the professional Stand-Alone Treatment?
A: No.0 contains less of the active ingredient used in step one of the Stand-Alone Treatment. OLAPLEX No.0 is an at-home treatment for clients to be used with the OLAPLEX No.3 for more intense repair. The Stand Alone Treatment is a professional-strength service used only in salons.
Q: Why is No.0 being sold separately but being asked to pair with No.3 if No.1 & No.2 is sold together? A: No.0 is designed to boost the efficacy of No.3 & provide a deeper, more intense repair at home.
Q: Will this cannibalize sales of Salon Kits and/or No.3?
A: Not at all. No.0 will actually increase No.3 sales by offering loyal clients an added boost of repair
that can be used at home. Salon Kits will not be affected at all.
Q: Why should I sell No.0 when I can just do the Stand-Alone treatment myself? A: No.0 can provide existing clients with extra care between salon visits.
It allows stylists to generate more revenue & offset reduced salon capacities due to Covid.
Salon visits can be more profitable with clients doing their “homework” prior to higher ticket services, such as color corrections and transformations.
