THE PRIDES CORNER—Getting to Know Our Lions
This Month you get the oppor- tunity to get to know Lion Dan Thomas.
One day when the two of us were just hanging out to- gether I asked him to talk about himself and came up with some fun questions. He was born and raised in Wyo- ming, so bringing him here to Texas was not easy.
In your opinion, what is the most important thing we can do every day to protect our planet?
Get rid of nuclear weapons.
Would you rather have steak and lobster for dinner to- night, or a juicy burger and macaroni and cheese?

If you won two million dollars what would you do with the
money?
Pay off all my bills, buy a couple of cars and then Buy the Elk Horn Ranch up in Shell Wyoming.
If you could go back and relive one day of your life, what day would it be? The day that I met my 2nd wife I would like to redo to NOT meet her.
What one thing about you is there that the PELC Lions may not know about you? In 2006, I was world rank top 5 in long distance run- ning.
What would the number one thing to do on your bucket list be?
I would like to drive up the West Coast photographing all the National Parks.
What brought you to be a Lion and was PELC your first Club? My spouse Cath- ryn was secretary of the Basin Wyoming’s club and brought me in when we were dating.
