became a Lion in 2013.
NEWSLETTER TITLE
We first met Lion Charle Shildofsky in April 2013 at a Special Olympics event in Arlington, Texas. He was serving as Clinic Di- rector for the Special Olympics Opening Eye Program, providing vision screenings for the ath- letes. We invited Charles to be our guest for break- fast. He did. In June 2013 Charles joined LCI as a member of our club.
Charles Shildofsky 2016 PELC Grass Roots Lion
We have been grateful ever since. Not only is Lion Charles a fun mem- ber, he has been invalu- able in our Plano vision clinics whether conduct- ing the examinations himself or securing asso- ciates to assist with the examinations. Lion Charless has exhibited the traits deserving of a Grass Roots Lion. We couldn’t be prouder!
