Bedouin Tea - 1998
The famous hospitality of the Bedouin begins with the welcome
glass of over-sweetened tea. Poured endlessly, I originally thought that this was some local concoction until I saw the packet with its origins in Ceylon! Still, seeing that refreshing drink poured from an old sooty kettle and breaking unleavened bread with the desert tribes brought me further in
appreciation of their minimalism.
