The XKs Unlimited Advantage: Personal Customer Service

It’s sad to ponder the generations of people who have never shopped at a “real” shoe store – where

employees knew their product lines and provided expert assistance. This degradation of service isn’t

unique to shoe stores of course, but at XKs Unlimited, we’re proud to say that personalized customer
service is alive and well. Need to place an order? You’ll speak to Armando, Steve, Pete or Don -- not

a phone tree and not an “order taker.” These gents are real-live car enthusiasts and customers have
developed years-long relationships with them for the duration of complete restorations. The bene ts

are many: Your salesman will know you and the speci cs of your car and what projects you have
underway. This ensures an easy continuity for placing orders and he can advise you on each portion

of a restoration or service project.

By the way, Daryl Boothe, a veteran of our sales team, retired from XKs Unlimited in October. We wish him well!
