  Square and Rectangular Tubing
Mechanical: Conforms to ASTM A513 Type 1 (AWHR), or Type 2 (AWCR).
An electric resistance welded tubing produced from low carbon steel. Offers good surface finish and forming characteristics. All sizes have the OD flash removed, with the ID flash- in. Generally available in wall thickness lighter than 11ga., in widths less than 3 inches.
Structural: ConformstoASTMA500-Grade B.
An electric resistance welded tube produced from a structural grade of steel. Offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, yet is easily welded, formed, punched, and drilled. All sizes have the OD flash removed, with the ID flash-in. Minimum mechanical properties: Tensile Strength = 58,000 psi, Yield Strength = 46,000 psi, % Elongation in 2” = 23%.
