FAQ - Payroll Transition
When Will The Payroll Transition Take Place?
This transition is scheduled to take place so your first payroll in October will be processed through the new system. We will be transitioning all historical data including personal information, pay stubs, W2’s, and more!
Will There Be Training Available For The New System?
Yes, we will offer training sessions and resources to help you familiarize yourself with the new intuitive payroll system. These instruction guides will include how to, update personal information, view pay stubs, request time
off, submit payrolls, review W-4 elections + more.
Will The Payroll Schedule Change?
No, the payroll schedule will remain the same. Your pay dates and frequency will not be affected by the transition.
How Will This Affect My Paycheck?
There will be no changes to your wages or benefits. If you see discrepancies, please reach out to AskPRO@proresourceshr.com immediately.
Will My Direct Deposit Be Affected?
If you currently receive your paycheck via direct deposit, your bank account information will be transferred to the new system. We do not anticipate any disruptions, but please monitor your accounts closely and notify AskPRO@proresourceshr.com immediately if you encounter any issues.
How Will The Transition Affect Year End Tax Reporting?
Your W-2’s and other tax documents will be generated & distributed through the new system.
How Will Open Enrollment For Benefits Work This Year?
Open Enrollment will now be ran through PRO Software. Please keep an eye out for future communications and instructions to come in Novemeber.
