REQUIRED PERFORMANCE
1. You are not to discuss shippers, destinations, or RATES with anyone.
2. MakemorningCheck-InCallstodispatchtoverifyprogress. Ifsomethinghappenstodelay youafteryourcheck-in,callbacktoinformdispatch. Itisveryimportanttoknowifyouare running late.
3. HOPPERPROCEDURES: (SeesectionforCleaningHoppers)
a. Makesurehopperdoorsareclosedandtarpisopenbeforeloading. b. Never open your hopper doors until directed to do so
c. Closehopperdoorsbeforeleavingtheunloadingsite
d. Clean your hoppers after every load
1) After a trailer has hauled prohibited Mammalian Protein Products, the trailer must be thoroughly Washed Out before hauling another product
2) Before loading Food Grade Product, you must either Sweep, Airblow, or Wash the trailer prior to loading.
3) Before hauling human consumption products, trailer must be thoroughly washed out and inspected before loading.
4. All spills – resulting in product loss and/or clean up costs are the responsibility of the Driver or Owner/Operator.
5. Always check your Bills to make sure your Destination and Weights are Correct.
6. Make sure receiver has signed the bills before leaving the unloading site. This may be the only Proof of Delivery.
7. Paperwork must be in by Tuesday, if your paperwork is late, your check will be late.
8. All new personnel are on a 90 day probationary period.
9. Absolutely no passengers without approval from the Safety Director. You must obtain a passenger authorization form. (passenger must be 10 years of age or older)
10. Office hours are 8am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday and 10am to 12 noon on Saturday. The undersigned Agrees with and Understands all the provisions of this directive.
