 Smoothie Recipes
CROCKPOT CHICKEN for Easy Weekly Meals
Season chicken breasts with herbs and spices of your choice. Add liquid to the crockpot (some recipes will call for a specific liquid) or you can use water. Cook chicken on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Chicken Wraps/ Chicken Pitas
Fill wrap or pita pocket with prepped chicken and veggies of
your choice. For sauce choose a light dressing, hummus, or mustard.
Chicken Scramble
Top brown rice or quinoa with prepped chicken breast. Use mixed veggies for a healthy side. If the flavor is too plain add some spices and herbs or a light soy sauce
Chicken Chef Salad
Top a plate of lettuce with plenty of veggies of your choice, prepped chicken, and hard boiled eggs. Choose a light dressing or
use very little of regular dressing.
Chicken Fajitas
In a frying pan mix prepped chicken, green peppers, red peppers,
and onions with a taco
seasoning packet. Use a
low calorie tortilla and fill it with the chicken and veggies. For more flavor add salsa.
