MT-Fast Hopper Vibrator tips
Operation
1. Attach50'airhosetotheairsupplyonthepowerunit,usingcarenottoallowdirtin the line
2. AttachtheMT-Fasthoseassemblytoairsupply
3. Position the unit on the trailer where vibration is desired
4. Activatethevacuumbyrotatingthebluehandlevalvelocatedonthevacuumnozzle
5. Activatevibrationbyslidingthevibratorcontrolvalvetotallyforward.
6. Theunitcanbemovedanywhereonthetrailerhopperbydeactivatingthevibrator,
deactivating the vacuum and repeat steps 3-5.
Storage and Maintenance
1. Alwaysstoreinwoodenboxprovided,thiswillhelpprotectthe3filters
2. Donotletthevibratordrop
3. Do not operate w/o the 1/4" netter muffler. Shop has extra filters.
4. Wipe off any excess product. This will help prevent the vibrator getting clogged.
