Vacation requests must be made verbally to the dispatcher with reasonable lead time for the desired vacation time. Vacation may be taken at any time during the year after eligibility with the following provisions:
• Unused vacation time may not be carried over into the next calendar year.
• Vacation time must be taken in full day increments.
• Upon termination of employment, if employees give two-week notice and fulfill that notice, unused
vacation will be paid out at management's discretion.
• If employees quit without a two-week notice, do not fulfill those two weeks, or are terminated for
misconduct, unused vacation benefits will NOT be paid out.
• Paid vacation may not be used during the two-week notice period before termination of employment.
• Length of service will be considered in the event a conflict of vacation schedules occurs.
Calculation of Vacation Pay
• Pay for vacation time will be at a rate of $150 per day- Subject to change at management's discretion.
Section 12: 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
This program enables employees to save for retirement on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan following 1 year of continuous service and may enter the Plan on either January 1st or July 1st. Employees may elect to defer from 1% to 15% of their pay; however,, the Company only provides a match up to 5%. Employee and employer match contributions are 100% vested immediately. Contributions will be matched as follows:

Section 13: Social Media Policy
Many employees use social networking tools and sites. The Company respects the right of employees to use social networking tools and sites (''social networking'1 during non-work time, and does not want to discourage employees from self expression. However, due to the public nature of social networking, the line between personal and work-related conduct can become blurred. The purpose of this policy is to help employees understand what guidelines apply to use of social networking during work and non-work time.
