Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)
Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is coverage that insures against the costs related to employment practices complaints. These can arise from any step in the employment process and expose companies to significant financial risk and harm to their reputation. EPLI Covers a variety of claims including: Harassment, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, and more.

Cost of Coverage
Cost of coverage to client: $39.00 per employee per year or $3.25 per employee per month (PEPM). This can be billed to client separately or built into the proposal increasing admin.
The deductible is $25,000 Deductible is $50,000 for high earners over $150k wages and in CA – payable by the client.
For clients who already maintain EPLI Coverage, PRO’s policy is secondary coverage. Client may be responsible for deductibles for both policies.
