Message to Parents:
Pivik Families,
Welcome to Pivik Elementary! We are pleased to kick off another productive year of learning. Pivik Elementary serves more than 750 students in Kindergarten through 4th grade as part of the Plum Borough School DIstrict. We strive to build a love for learning in all of our students as they progress through their education here at Pivik.
Pivik Elementary offers a rich learning environment for its students. Our staff strives to build experiences each day that engage each child in lessons in academic, social, and emotional learning. Our students continually strive to do their best work. We encourage perseverance, creativity, and innovative problem solving.
Students in grades 1-4 have courses each week in Music, Art, Physical Education, and STEM. All students visit the Library weekly as they continue to build a love for reading. We employ a standards-based curriculum that is aligned to the Pennsylvania Core Standards.
We look forward to partnering with you and our staff to make this a meaningful educational journey for your child.
