If we are fortunate
A pair of grown up wise eyes Attentively look down
Into our upward turned still-forming eyes, Young with wonderment...
And walks us into some temple
Of some principle teaching
And some God feeling
Then we have The Great Divide before us: Does that introduction to the structure Stay there?
Die there?
“I felt peace in that place”
Or are we one of the rare ones Anointed
That go all the way?
