YVONNE HILLS
Yvonne is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest standards of client care and legal services to our clients including property investment companies, developers and occupiers. She is also a key point of contact to law rms on DJB’s real estate support / partnering initiatives. Yvonne draws on her experience of being a property litigation solicitor for over 10 years at rms including Mishcon de Reya and Forsters LLP and has now moved her focus from legal work to oversee our services to clients.

EMMA TONKIN
Emma is a commercial property specialist with over 17 years’ experience. She is a key advisor to the leisure sector, having advised clients including the Odeon Cinema Group. Emma’s expertise includes the full spectrum of estates management issues, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and re nancing. Prior to joining DJB, Emma was a founding Partner at a boutique law rm in London.
