TERESA KAMPPARI BAKER

Career: Joined DJB in 2019 following an in-house career at John Lewis and in private practice at Pinsent Masons, Gowling WLG and Addleshaw Goddard. Teresa is a real estate and planning specialist.
Career Highlights:
• More than 100 development, acquisitions and disposals of Waitrose and John Lewis shops, of ces and warehouses
• Managed a team in connection with the disposal of a national restaurant business of over 200 restaurants for a major hotel chain

Career: Joined DJB in 2016 following a career at Eversheds Sutherland, where she worked for the Corporate Occupiers team.

• Disposal of a large property portfolio as part of a £373m asset sale for one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK
• Full range of estate management transactions for a national automotive client
• Disposal of several distribution centres for a specialist national trade distribution company
