FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT
DJB has been a leading provider of real estate legal advice to HM Government for over 20 years. This has included helping the estates and legal teams of over 70 Government clients to navigate major crises including the 2008 nancial crisis and now the COVID-19 pandemic. We were honored to work with clients at the very front line in the ght against the virus, including the Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England and Care Quality Commission. We also advised key Government clients including Of ce for National Statistics, Highways England, Defra, Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on thousands of specialist real estate, planning and construction cases.
