Articulating Craft | Friday, January 25–Friday, March 1 | Arts Center Gallery Opening Reception: Friday, January 25 from 5–7 p.m.
Articulating Craft reflects the evolving dialogue of artists’ interpretations of what contemporary craft looks like today and what it holds for the future. Rather than limiting artists to a narrow theme or restricting works by defining what contemporary craft is or should be, this exhibition features work that reflects the craft tradition by being inventive in process, technique, and material. Whether functional or sculptural, this exhibition will create a space for advancing the public's awareness and appreciation of this diverse and expanding movement.
