Flight Reservation
If you are from a country which requires a visa to enter the UK, your local WEE representative will provide advice and support to help you with the UK visa application process. Since you will be travelling with 12 to 20 students, you are considered a group by travel agencies and airlines. The WEE is happy to help with arranging your flights, which includes some great benefits!
Why Book Flights with WEE ?
• For every 12 students, one teacher travels absolutely free.
• The whole school will be booked on the same flight with the teacher.
• If name changes are necessary, they will be received up to 60 days prior to departure.
• Added flight cancellation protection.
• WEE is in charge of all organisation and logistics and
will endeavour to find the most convenient flights for
your school at the best price.
• OIEG staff will be at the airport to receive groups when
the flight arrives and take the students straight to their accommodation.
Recommended Dates of Arrival
WEE 2018 will take place during the Easter holidays, and exact dates will be announced shortly. All schools must arrive at and depart from their WEE centres on the exact dates stated by WEE.
