Courtney Baldwin | SHS Drinks Lived Value: Initiative

Courtney is a key member of the Commercial Finance team at Manderson House. Recognising how diffificult it is to forecast accurately in the Out of Home channel, Courtney designed an Order trend/third party P&L Tool which tracks performance for specifific customers and channels in terms of Volume and MAT. Her colleagues have described her solutions-based approach as a real game changer which is already making it easier to build more accurate forecasts. Courtney’s initiative and effective leadership skills have had a positive impact.
Anna Ollier | 3V Natural Foods Lived Value: Stronger Together

On a daily basis the customer service team is inundated with requests for technical information. Anna is a true team player, responding to queries that cover everything from specififications to organic certifificates in a timely manner. Working in partnership with her colleagues, Anna’s ‘can do’ approach and positive attitude is infectious.
She is a shining example of someone who recognises the importance of our ‘Stronger Together’ value in action.
