161TA was one of the 31 chassis fitted with the “E” steering rake and one of the three Thrupp & Maberly Continental coupés, which were all one-offs.
It was fitted with a kneeling mascot, a black finished set of headlamps, wing lamps and horns. and the petrol filler cap was the hinged type.
