Solar power, the environmentally friendly energy
By means of the progressing and proven technology in the area of solar panels, the sun is rapidly becoming a source of cheap energy for electric fences, too. The costs are restricted to a one-time acquisition of a solar panel. There are no further maintenance or follow-up costs. Given correct dimensioning, PATURA solar installations are designed to run an electric fence installation, maintenance free, from spring through to autumn. If the energisers are switched down to a lower power level, this maintenance-free operation can be continued through into the winter.

A solar panel can be mounted anywhere. So long as it is not in a shaded place it will work very effectively.
