4) Well trained staff that understand the products, how to use them, and the competition.
5) After sales support; able to handle your customers questions and assist with service.
6) Assembly and delivery at a reasonable cost.
7) Demonstrations show your customers HOW, the aroma will ignite their senses, it is easy to get started!
8) Advertise. We love digital and we can help you plan and execute it. Ask about our Digital Concierge Program. 9) Commit to the category. Assign a BBQ captain to ensure the execution of this program.
