16.2 → PREPARATORY DRILLS
1. Starting standing on the floor, we will extend the arms (horizontal flexion to 90o), then we will pike (hip flexion) until reaching the ground with our hands, and then we will continue with a rotation (hip and body twisting). Right sided to simulate the right hanging meathook and left sided to simulate the left hanging meathook. (img. 1 - 7)
We must maintain the contact of our arm (which would be hanging) with both legs; the shoulder in contact with the quadriceps of the same leg and the fore- arm with the opposite leg.
