Scorpion. Elbow twist .
Fake back salto: One hand on rope. Two hands on rope.
Back flag/side planche. Inside Twist to back balance
360o. Half twist to front planche drop
Roll waist to back balance:
Like the inside twist, but releasing one hand from the rope/straps.
Like the inside twist, but NOT releasing hands from the straps.
Twist. Full (ML2).
Twist both sides (ML2). One arms beats on straps (ML2).
Hip lock to back balance free hands
Double twist (ML2).
