  SOME OF THE MUSCLES INVOLVED
 FIRST MOVEMENT (start to foot-hand)
SECOND MOVEMENT (foot-hand to knee-elbow)
THIRD MOVEMENT (knee-elbow to back flag/side planche)
     Forearm muscles (flexors and extensors), wrist and finger flexors; trapezius, teres (major), rotator cuff (teres minor, subscapularis, infraspinatus, supraspinatus), deltoid, pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi (Lats), serratus anterior, abdominal obliques (external, internal and internal SX), transversus abdominis, rectus abdominis; quadriceps femoris (rectus), quadriceps vastii (lateralis, intermedius, medialis), adductors (longus, brevis, magnus, minimus), tensor fasciae latae, psoas major and minor, iliacus, sartorius, pectineus, gracilis; lower legs muscles.
      Forearm muscles (flexors and extensors), wrist and finger flexors; 3 heads of triceps (triceps brachii long and lateral head, triceps brachii medial head (deep head) ); trapezius, teres (major), rotator cuff (teres minor, subscapularis, infraspinatus, supraspinatus), deltoid, rhomboid (major and minor), pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi (Lats), serratus anterior, abdominal obliques (external, internal and internal SX), transversus abdominis, rectus abdominis; quadriceps femoris (rectus), quadriceps vastii (lateralis, intermedius, medialis), adductors (longus, brevis, magnus, minimus), tensor fasciae latae, psoas major and minor, iliacus, sartorius, pectineus; lower legs muscles.
     Forearm muscles (flexors and extensors), wrist and finger flexors, pronator quadratus and pronator teres; biceps, brachialis, 3 heads of triceps (triceps brachii long and lateral head, triceps brachii medial head (deep head) ); cervical (neck) extensors, spine extensors (erector spinae: iliocostalis lumborum and thoracis, longissimus thoracis, spinalis thoracis); trapezius, teres (major), rotator cuff (teres minor, subscapularis, infraspinatus, supraspinatus), deltoid, rhomboid (major and minor), pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi (Lats), serratus anterior, abdominal obliques (external, internal and internal SX), transversus abdominis, rectus abdominis; gluteus medius, gluteus maximus, hamstrings (semimembranosus, semitendinosus, biceps femoris); lower legs muscles.
