Step 2:
Roll out the first scour apron and enough of the second scour apron so the first apron can overlap the second.
Usually the first scour apron extends out past the end of the tube placement and has a crosswise anchor tube. The other end will lap over the second scour apron.
Fill the crosswise anchor tube and then the lengthwise anchor tubes on the first scour apron.
The anchor tube will have at least three fill ports, one at each end, and at least one centered.
