Dear Colleagues,
A huge thank you to those of you that participated in the inaugural Colleague Engagement Survey; your valuable feedback has been recognised and taken on board.
It has taken us a little time to get the responses back to you. We will get quicker at this as we go forward with these in future years. The feedback has led to good discussions amongst the senior team. We have begun acting on some of your feedback and we are looking to introduce some key things over the coming months. This document picks up on the main areas we are focused on.
We are committed to ongoing improvements and your comments are a vital part of this process and how we shape the business going forwards. Thank you.
