There are more than 40 clubs to choose from every week from orchestra and chess to hockey and art, so there really is something to suit all interests. Girls have the opportunity to try a range of activities and discover a new talent or passion. Most of our clubs are run by staff, representing the diverse interests and imagination of our excellent teachers, and are free of charge. A small fee is payable for some of the clubs with a specialist teacher.
We also have a very active School Council, where the girls have the chance to have their say in the school community. Their input has led to many specific initiatives including talent shows, healthy food schemes and the introduction of a friendship bench. Each year, the girls themselves give presentations, vote for and nominate a charity and enjoy organising cake sales, craft making and school concerts to raise money for a whole school cause.
