In September 2016, I completed the Annapurna Circuit with my husband James. It was a 15-day trek round the Himalayan range of Annapurna in Nepal. At the highest point, we reached 5416m.

I left Headington in 2014 and I am currently studying Materials Engineering at Manchester. I am on my placement year and I am working as a process engineer for McLaren in Woking.

After graduating, I did a ski season in the Alps and then went to London and worked for several years in publishing on titles such as Homes and Gardens, Harpers & Queen, Esquire and Country Living.
I’m now married with three daughters, Bea 12, Poppy 10 and Zara 9. We have just finished a three year building project in Northamptonshire where we’ve built our brand new home, a Georgian style farm house with cottage and barn from where I run a holiday letting business.

Hello! I attended Headington in 1993-4 whilst my family was in Oxford for a year away from our home in the USA. I’m just sending a quick update on my family.
My husband Matt and I welcomed our second child in May. Molly Hutton Salzler was born 29/5/16 and joins big brother Kieran Douglas Salzler who is now 2.5 years old. We live in Boston,
MA where I work in finance. I’m happy to be in touch with any Headingtonians in the area.
I continue to teach part-time at King’s College Junior School in Wimbledon, which is perfect as my husband, Daniel, is Director of Music in the Senior School. Other days are spent visiting people, helping with the senior ladies at church, and gardening and growing vegetables in our spare time. A highlight over the last few years was a wonderful holiday in the Outer Hebrides which included visiting St Kilda. I would love to hear from any of my HSO year group.

Having left Headington, I went to Henley College to study art and design followed by Nottingham Trent University where I did a degree in Fashion.
